Worthy. It does what it says it does. No fee. No ads. No bait and switch. It saves me so much time that I actually had to stop and write a review. If you’ve searched for a converter like this you know how much sleaze you have to clean off of you when searching online. If you have found this gem of an app, Congratulations my friend! You can now be both productive and sleaze free! Thank you ZOHO.

Easily the best scanner app I’ve used and I’ve tried several in the past…wouldn’t give it up. Love how it keeps me organized in so few steps. A+

I have been trying to use the app but it crashes immediately. Maybe a flash warning is also necessary. Wish I could use it !

The app is great but it’s scan setting need work. You have to put the documents in the floor to scan them. It defaults to a zoomed in camera and there’s to way to adjust. Unuseable.

I have tried various ones and this is the best. On top of top scanning capabilities , OCR renders perfectly as well.

It’s been long since I have ditched the traditional scanner in place of the Z doc scanner. It’s easy to use and helps crop the document without the need to hit the shutter button. Also allows seamlessly to upload to WorkDrive.

I have used many pdf scanner apps along the years but this one is few levels above them all!

I have a Zoho Wokplace Standard plan and I use this app to scan & save business cards. The app works well and has a good OCR feature. Navigation is a little confusing when saving and you can only apply a “save” workflow to the image scan, not the OCR .txt file. I have also found that I am unable to save to Zoho WorkDrive Team folders with this app - even though the app tells me that it has saved to the Team folder. Would be nice if the app had more features to add business card info directly to a database or spreadsheet - or even export as csv. Overall a nice app that is very useful to me.

Little trouble understanding how to use, probably just me.

Rarely recognizes Document to scan. More times than not, I will hold the camera over an obvious document or receipt (obvious meaning, it isn’t the same color as the background) and the app says it can’t find any document to scan. So, I usually have to just snap a picture and adjust the frame manually. I have a different and better scanning app that ALWAYS finds the document, so I know my expectations aren’t too high. There’s something wrong with this app. The only reason I keep using it is because it’s integrated with other Zoho apps…

I document a lot, either being my son’s art work, business or household documents, this app has made all the mentioned tasks straightforwardly easy. It allows you to add pages, delete pages, and share the scanned documents via your preferred media. A must have if you are into documenting via scanning.

Buggy. You can count on it freezing whenever I scan several docs then upload to WorkDrive. About every third scan. I want this to work as I use Zoho everyday.

I have used Zoho email client for a long time and really like it and I thought I had tried all their apps I could until yesterday when I came across this document scanner and have just been totally impressed with it. I was using Microsoft lens app and I really liked it to, as well as Turbo scan which I believe I paid $10 for, it’s really good as well, but zoho scanner has out shined them all in my opinion. It has the most features, is the easiest to use with cleaner scans and great sharing capabilities. And I've tried probably 10 to 15 scanning apps trying to find the best one and I'm so happy I found it, thanks Zoho. To the developers my only suggestion is to throw in the standard version for your email customers, I know the app is free or has a free level but I'm missing some of the features I want and feel like they should be included for the people that have been loyal customers already. It's those kind of moves that keep your customers in your ecosystem like Apple has done and even though you'd give away the standard scan level, those kinds of things make loyal customers and make me more willing to pay for some of your other more premium apps.

So easy to use. Makes my life easier and that is something I appreciate.

I’ve tried a number of scanner apps over the years but stopped looking after discovering this one. It’s fantastic- it does what I need and is easy to use !

It is a great app, easy to use, and great performance

This only imports 1 file at a time, which is way too tedious and time consuming...I'm really beginning to Miss leaving the Android OS 🙄

Works great all you need to do is line it up and it takes a great scan that everybody likes who receives it

A lot better than OfficeLens in my opinion.

The only issue I have is that in some low light situations it doesn’t work. I love the workflows. Best scanning app I’ve ever used.

Needs some work. Mac OCR is wildly inaccurate to be a paid subscription which is only reason I downloaded- as soon as I found out I deleted the iOS app off my phone because there are other accurate OCR/documents apps that are either free or cost less for more features. I’m sure they will make progress soon though.

UPDATE: After getting a response from the development team I was very pleased to learn that for Zoho One paying customers it is indeed free. Thank you Note that I also changed the title to reflect my new positive review.

UPDATE: The problem still persists. PLEASE FIX AS I CAN NOT SET UP ICLOUD and view/access my documents. The app is still crashing for me. Every time I open this app, it will crash and close. This has been happening for some time now and I can NOT ACCESS MY DOCUMENTS! This is coming from a premium paying customer who is very frustrated! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE PRIOR TO MY NEXT AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT!

I am blown away by how well this app works. It finds the edges of documents perfectly 99% of the time while almost instantly scanning. It’s really unbelievable how fast and accurate it is!
